Since the outbreak, as a national company, CC6 has actively responded to the call of CPC and CNCEC and resolutely shouldered the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control. On January 30, CC6 donated 240,000 USD to Xiangyang City through Xiangyang Red Cross Charity. After that, we continued to mobilize our employees to collect and donate goods and materials, including N95 masks especially, from Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey, Hungary, Tunisia, Uzbekistan and other countries.
In the afternoon February 23, we donated the first batch of medical N95 masks to Xiangyang First People's Hospital - the designated anti-epidemic hospital of Xiangyang City. Upon the arrival of the second batch of supplies, it will be handed over to the hospital frontline medical staff timely. The two batches of materials included 12340 medical N95 masks and 600 sets of B-class medical protective clothing.
On March 6, CC6 donated another 30000 disposable medical masks to Dongjin New District, Xiangyang City, where our headquarters is located. Mr. Dongshen, JIN, on behalf of Dongjin New District, accepted the donation and expressed gratitude to CC6. He said that in the critical stage of epidemic prevention and control, especially with the arrival of the spring ploughing season, the demand of farmers for masks boosted. These masks will eliminate the shortage of masks and help bring the order back to the district.
