According to an official release, on March 12, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his delegation went to Navoi State to visit the PVC, Caustic Soda and Methanol Production Complex undertaken by CC6.
After hearing the report from the project management team, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said that the new plant of Navoi Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant is an important link on the path of industrial modernization in Uzbekistan, which will help alleviate the shortage of production capacity of PVC, caustic soda and methanol and provide a lot of employment opportunities. He hopes the construction team will continue their efforts to ensure that the PVC project will be completed and put into operation in September this year.
It is reported that the project is an important achievement of Uzbekistan government during their visit to China, and is an important project for international production capacity cooperation.
