On July 25, local time, the Oman project campsite of CC6 has successfully passed the fire safety inspection conducted by the local civil defense authority and obtained a certificate of compliance, indicating that the fire protection systems of the entire campsite are all in service and in good conditions.
Located in Sohar Freezone, Sultanate of Oman, this project will occupy an area of 160,000 square meters and produce 100,000 tons of polysilicon annually. The products will mainly be exported to the European and North American markets, and the factory is expected to start operations in 2025. The campsite of CC6 Oman project covers an area of 19.25 hectares and is divided into three major areas: office area, living area for management personnel and living area for workers, which can meet the needs of employees for work, accommodation, medical care, dining, cultural and sports activities, etc.
