Recently, CC6 contracted Indonesia Lygend OBI Nickel-Cobalt Project High Pressure Acid Leaching (202) I series unit overall cold water test successful.
The project is located in OBI Island, North Maluku Province, Indonesia, and is invested by a joint venture between Ningbo Lygend and Indonesia Harita Group. The advanced wet smelting technology is used to process nickel laterite ore, which can produce approximately 240,000 tons of nickel and cobalt intermediate products per year when it is put into operation, and the products can be applied to positive electrode materials for new energy vehicle batteries.
