In September, the KFM project team of the Sixth Branch of China National Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. (CC6) extended wedding congratulations and presented a gift to SAMY, a local employee in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), to celebrate his marriage.
At the wedding, SAMY expressed his gratitude for the presence of his Chinese colleagues and introduced them to his family. He also invited the photographer to capture these special moments. Embracing local customs, representatives of the project team joined the celebration, dancing enthusiastically alongside the guests to lively music and sharing in the joy and blessings of the occasion.
The project has served as a bridge connecting people. At the KFM project, SAMY is responsible for managing and communicating with local workers, demonstrating dedication and a strong sense of responsibility in his work. Meanwhile, his colleagues at the project team have offered him care and support. Through their daily interactions, they have built lasting friendships and strengthened mutual trust. Their experience shows that when people share positive experiences, support one another, and work together in unity, meaningful and happy moments can happen at any time.
For years, the company has embraced cultural diversity in its overseas operations and worked to create an inclusive and harmonious environment where employees can thrive and find happiness. Looking ahead, the company hopes that more young employees will grow through Sino-foreign cooperation projects and build fulfilling lives while creating a brighter future together.
