Successful Initial Energization of the Modular Substation at Kazakhstan EuroChem Project

On July 3, the modular substation of the Kazakhstan EuroChem Project, undertaken by the Second Installation Company of China National Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. (CC6), was successfully energized at the first attempt.

Located in Zhanatas, Zhambyl Region, Kazakhstan, the project is expected to help transform the country’s chemical industry from a model primarily focused on resource extraction and exports to one centered on downstream processing and high-value-added production. This transformation will facilitate industrial upgrading, promote local economic and social development, and inject new expertise and momentum into the sustainable development of Kazakhstan’s chemical industry.
