| Project Description | The project is located in Shandong Province, China. The overall investment is 380 million USD and the overall construction period is 27 months. It includes 200,000 t/y acetic acid unit, 240,000 t/y methanol, 1,000 t/d gasifier and supporting plant, which will provide the key technology to develop China's own clean coal technology and new acetic acid synthesis processes. The project was completed in 2015, marking that China completely broke the monopoly of such technologies by multinational companies at that time. |
