Recently, the third series gasifiers at the Inner Mongolia Baofeng Gasification Project, undertaken by the Sixth Branch of China National Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd., were successfully ignited on the first attempt. This project is located in the Tuke Project Area, Sulige Economic Development Zone, Uxin Banner, Inner Mongolia, with a total investment of approximately RMB 47.8 billion. It innovatively integrates green hydrogen with modern coal chemical processes in a synergistic production approach. Upon completion, the project will become the world's largest green hydrogen and coal-to-olefin industrial base at a single site. It will also be the world's only large-scale green industrial enterprise replacing fossil energy with green hydrogen in olefin production, marking it as a global leader in both green manufacturing and the olefin industry.

Recently, United Solar’s 100KTPA high-purity polysilicon project, undertaken by China National Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. (CC6), has entered a critical phase of installation and construction. The overall progress of the project has reached 75%, which has set a new benchmark for China speed among similar local projects.Upon completion, the project will become the largest photovoltaic-grade polysilicon production facility in the Middle East, and is expected to drive the formation of a 100 billion-level new energy industry cluster in the region. During the peak construction period, the project directly created more than 3,500 jobs, with 50% of the workforce being locally hired in Oman. This demonstrates the responsibility of Chinese enterprises in contributing to the Belt and Road Initiative.

On November 18, the 100KTA BDO and 120KTA PBAT project of Xinjiang Shuguang Lvhua Biotechnology Co., Ltd., constructed by CC6, has achieved the mechanical completion successfully.The total investment of this project is 3.69 billion yuan, covering an area of more than 1,100 mu. Located in Shuangfeng Industrial Park, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tiemenguan City, Xinjiang Province, the project aims to produce acetylene, 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and biodegradable plastic (PBAT), which can realize the integration of industrial chain and value chain in the whole production process.
